A Milky and Sunny Day

I’ve been waiting for this day! Yes, the day that we will have our lunch at Milky & Sunny in Kapitolyo, Pasig. I know it’s kind of weird because Milky & Sunny is famous for their breakfast but we don’t care if we will have pancakes or waffles for lunch.

Actually, it was almost 2PM when we were able to get out of the office and went to Milky & Sunny. It was just perfect because the place is no longer crowded. There was only one group in the place when we arrived. Immediately you will notice that it is just indeed a house converted into a restaurant.

The walls of the place show a portrait of their delicious menu. On the other side hang cute photos and mirrors.

Two of my friends decided to have the all-time Filipino favorite – the Tocilog and Tapsilog! They ordered it because they wanted rice for lunch.

For me, I tried their breakfast platter. My breakfast platter includes sausages, bacon, spam, scrambled egg, a pancake and hash brown. Other options on the breakfast platter are corned beef and hotdog and waffles and bagels instead of pancakes.

The pancake was a bit stiff and wasn’t that fluffy but I guess I’m so hungry that I was able to finish it. And since, I have high sugar level I did not put any honey on my pancake. I like their hash brown though. It was very crispy outside but soft inside. It was very tasty.
Aside from the breakfast platter and rice meals, they also have pasta in their menu and sandwiches.

Milky and Sunny serves your favorite breakfast from 7AM to 10PM. They are located at 9 East Capitol Dr, Pasig.
