Travelling is now a popular hobby of like everyone and beaches and resort gets easily crowded during summer. So for someone who prefers a quiet and tranquil place finding a perfect place for summer is quite difficult. It took me and my sister some months before discovering Lilom Resort and Gallery Cafe.

Lilom is tucked within a marine sanctuary in San Teodoro, Mabini (Anilao), Batangas. It is a perfect place for snorkeling because you don't have to go to the middle of the sea just to see school of fishes or even a sea turtle.

Lilom only have seven (7) rooms which you can choose from if you would like to have a double, a triple or a family room. Each room has it very unique rustic feel. There are rooms with hammock and other rooms have a bamboo lounge.

Their best room is the Satcho which costs P3,300 per head per night. It has its own hammock and private patio overlooking the sea.

The room we stayed in is Paraw which has a hammock and a bamboo lounge. The cost of staying at Paraw is P2,800 per head per night just like their other rooms.

The staffs immediately offered welcome drinks when we arrived in Lilom after a very hot morning of travelling going to Lilom.

For people who would really like to enjoy their vacation and to not worry about anything, Lilom is the place. Inclusive of the room rates is the food which is composed of lunch upon arrival, merienda in the afternoon, cocktails, dinner and breakfast the next day. You just have to inform them if you would also want to have lunch before leaving the place.

Lilom has little sunset pools where you can just sit, relax and enjoy the view. They have some board games that guests can borrow. They also have some books! Very nice thing about Lilom is that they don't ave karaoke. They are very mindful with their neighbors so they don't want to have noise in the middle of the night.
