Silantro Night

It has been months since the last time I ate again at Silantro. Unlike the other restaurant in Kapitolyo, Silantro is a bit far and is located at the far end of the famous food street.

I heard my sister and her friends will have dinner at Silantro and without any second thoughts I insisted in joining them.

There were lots of customers waiting for their turn to be seated when we arrived in Silantro. We decided to stay and join the line of the customers. We’ve waited for almost 30 minutes before our number was called. 

At Silantro, you are not limited to only one dip for your Nachos. There are three dips that you can choose from.

Nachos and Quesadillas are my all-time favorite at Silantro so it’s automatically included in our order. We have to order two Nachos because just one serving would not be enough to the hungry stomachs of five persons. Large chunks of shredded beef made the Nachos more tempting.

We also ordered their chicken wings. Their chicken wings have the right tangy kick. People with low tolerance on spicy food will enjoy their chicken wings.

I'm a big fan of Charlie's Burger however Silantro's Burger is also a must try. The patty is well done in the outside but the meat in the inside is just juicy!

Aside from great Mexican food they offer, the price is very reasonable.
