Silantro

It was almost 9PM when me and my friends decided to have some drinks however we are still in the office and not yet finished with our work. Fortunately, our office is located just near Kapitolyo, Pasig giving us easy access to the different restaurants and hang-outs. At 10PM we were able to finish our work and we agreed to spend the rest of the night at Silantro.

Very obviously, the place was named after one of the most common herb used in cooking. Silantro is one of those restaurant in Kapitolyo that is very popular so we were not surprised that the place was full when we arrived.

The waiter approached us as we enter the place and told us that we are fifth in the waiting list. He immediately gave us the menu for us to check what we would like to order. We first ordered a bucket and asked him to already give us each a bottle of beer. We advised him that  we will just order the food and have the rest of our bucket of beer when we are seated.

After some minutes we had a table outside. My friend prefers to be seated outside so that she can smoke  and so that there's less noise.  While preparing our table, one of the waiter took our order.

My ultimate favourite at Silantro is their Nachos. Their nachos is oozing with Angus beef, cheese and tomatoes. Oh yeah, I forgot it has cilantro.

The next on our menu is the Silantro Quesadillas. The Silantro Quesadillas is their chicken Quesadilla. It has fries on top and to complete it, the Cilantro are sprinkled over the fries and Quesadilla. Just like the Nachos, the quesadillas is filled with cheese.

Silantro is opened only until 12AM however the people there allowed us too stay even past their store hours so that we can finished our drinks. Silantro is a perfect place for those who just like to chill out. The place is not that so quiet but it allows friends to have some good conversations. It is less crowded compare to other bar or restaurants. Aside from that it is very accessible from our office.
