A Taste of Wildflour

I love salted chocolate almond! My boss usually give this as a "pasalubong" whenever he came back from the U.S. Unfortunately, on his last trip he was unable to buy my favorite chocolate. He then suggested that if I really like salted chocolate I should try the salted chocolate cake from Wildflour. Since then, we have been planning to have a dinner at this restaurant.

Our plan came true one morning after my friend had a check-up. She decided that we have breakfast at Wildflour in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The restaurant is located at the groundfloor of Net Lima Bldg. There is also Wildflour Cafe in Ortigas, Pasig at Podium.

The place was almost full and there are only few vacant tables left. The place has a homey atmosphere with its bake pastries just near the front door. The staff are also polite to greet us when we arrived.

I ordered Croque Madame which is one of their bestsellers. The bread was so soft and milky. The combination of the egg and ham with milky taste of the bread is perfect. They have a very generous serving of this meal.

My friend had Wildflour Breakfast. It has two eggs, crispy potatoes, homemade pork belly sausage and baguette. I so love their crispy potatoes. The sausages are also good.

Of course, we would not leave Wildflour without having their Salted Chocolate Cake. Its a very rich cake with a very good combination of salt and chocolate. The salty taste mixes with sweetness the of chocolate as it melts on your mouth.

Food is ultimately great at Wildflour Cafe.
